Number of Soldiers

i just added all the numbers, there are somewhere around 250,839 soldiers that need to be killed, and at a rough estimate of 1,000 damage per kill, that would be 250,839,000 damage

that's a nice estimate but don't forget there some other calculations like when you fortify/defend/etc when you use energy some soldiers get defeated only that it isn't mentioned after you used your energy attack. And also a monsters life is higher if the one who summoned it has a high level so, the number of soldiers you need to kill is once again difficult to calculate. Even if you heal around 10,000damage, it doesn't count as 10soldiers killed somehow its more less or then what you'd expect so put that in consideration :) good job though keep it up

Using Tactics

It seems to me that the Red Plains Life is not affect at all when using Tactics. Only a bunch of soldiers killed. Same with the Party Health. It seems this does not decrease. Can anyone confirm this? Must you always use the red button (smite, smash, etc.) to bring the life down?

If so, what's the point of Tactics? Just to get to the front of the pack with number of soldiers killed???

Tactics depends on your party's health, if the health is at 10, the damage bonus % is zero, the higher the party health, the higher the damage bonus % dealt. Your council of generals is set-up differently than the War council in War - and for each general that wins a tactics battle, the damage bonus % increases, so if all 7 generals win, you're doing 10% more damage than a standard Power Attack. Even should all your council generals lose, damage is dealt to the monster, just not as much. Naturally, the more damage dealt, the more soldiers are killed, but damage is damage to this monster. A baseline is for every 1000 damage given, one soldier is killed. Be sure to re-set your council for War defense :)

And the party health does decrease, just not as much. That's what makes tactics so great! Next time you attack with tactics click the "See More" that appears under your generals. It shows you all the details, including damage to the party.
