there is a cleric ability available for 5000 coins to "remove a debuff and heal an ally for 20 hp's." what does that mean?

From my experience with cleanse, which also removes a "debuff" it seems to be a targeting effect like a mage polymorph. But I'm not sure either. It does not appear to be the condition of being stunned, though.

I think it means that if a member of your guild is hit with Poison, Confusion, etc., you can remove it with Cleanse.
